Recruitment Process

The basis of our recruitment approach; is to add reliable and fair colleagues to our team who are entrepreneurial, real customer-oriented, cooperative and leadership approach. All of our candidates participating in the recruitment processes are evaluated according to their NOAS values, the competencies required by the job (knowledge, skills and behavior) and their development potential.

Identification of Candidates

During employee selection; We primarily evaluate the candidates with the required qualifications among the current job applications and applications made to the advertisements we have opened for positions.

Selection of Candidates

We identify candidates with the qualifications to meet the needs and initiate the interview process with the candidates.

 Required Criteria:

  • Necessary vocational training,
  • Have a grade point average of 2.00 and above,
  • Being a 3rd and 4th year student in the appropriate departments required by the position,
  • Being open to continuous learning and prone to teamwork.
